Cherry pick the best players from the 2nd string that tbh probably won't cut it a step up.
Get them on loan and if they are any good, send Atlanta a nominal fee.
Keep them for a year or two (develop them as we are good that that apparently) and then sell them for profit .
I'd even be willing to include a sell on percentage if it closed the deal.

I thought Gallagher could be a gem, not least because McInnes didn't sign him...

That said, he's only played one game against a team of part time snow donkeys which features rejects from ICT, etc.

Fingers crossed he'll do well against fellow hammer throwers.

I'd imagine it will be straight forward keeping him for the season since theirs begins in March.

He looks like the type that won't be put off by being kicked a few times?
Took a few dunts last night and just got on with it.
That'll be the Irish in him

By far their best player on the night.
Albeit some efforts were straight at him.

That's the American side. They always seem robust. It is how he copes on ****e surfaces, being kicked about freely and the rest.

Not sure by "sh1te surfaces" if you mean 3G plastic pitches?
There's loads of them at the level he's played at.
Sh!tty mud heaps are a thing of the past now, even in mid winter in Scotland.
I think he has what it takes to cope regardless.
