Cadden may be a bit more - it's based on the value of contract offered by the club he's at and the number of games played, length of time at club etc, so Cadden would top Ferguson by a good amount I'd think.
I'd pass - not worth more than £200k

Cadden was a stick out from a young age then did really well when he first came on the scene. We are often told now players respond to McInnes so if that's true then he might be worth it.

To be fair, I haven't seen Heneghan play and he could be a good option for us. We need players in a number of positions backed up by youngsters that have shown the potential to go further (we need to give them opportunities to flourish and that should be our business model).

Looking at it I would say we do need another centre half, a left back, at least 1 ball playing central midfielder, at least 1 ball winning central midfielder, 2 wingers and at least 1 centre forward - minimum of 7 in and I would suggest that we need rid of Gleeson, May and Wright and not go near signing Ball, Wilson or Hoban so we probably need more in than the 7 positions that I suggested!

Heneghan is still under contract and I'd presume the fact we are in for Shaughnaysay and there was no indicators we were in for Halkett, both of whom were available for free would suggest that were not willing to pay for him.
I touted him as a potential replacement for McKenna and some of the funds could be used to get him in.
McKenna's not sold yet though
