Main was signed by Motherwell and they wanted him to extend.

Looks like he's played 68 games in 4 years, so averaging 17 games a season for 3 different teams, his last being Silkeborg who were relegated in their play-off with Esberg

I’m not entirely sure what Curtis Main is going to bring to us?

48 goals in 284 games would suggest there won’t be a lot of goals,I haven’t seen much of him playing wise but I presume he is a lump the ball up to the big striker type which we have already in Cosgrove.

I can understand McInnes wanting to re sign Taylor because if Taylor didn’t want to leave in 2017 he would still be here.

replacing one of May or Cosgrove and we'll still take in another striker (reported interest in Safranko?) makes sense.

Going with Cosgrove, May and Main puts an awful lot of pressure on Cosgrove and Anderson
