I’d drive the lad down to Ipswich myself for that kind of dosh.

Would keep May and Gleeson rather than some of the underperformers we have just brought in and lets be clear they are not good enough but DM is happy with his lot. What is his goalscoring record with St Johnstone? I reckon he could be close this season.

I've always thought there was a decent player in there, but I don't think he's going to make it here. I'd be surprised if we got £100K for him

I can’t believe that to be true.
It would go down as one of the best bits of transfer business we’ve done in recent years.
DM did say though that there were a couple of players negotiating with other clubs (maybe that’s May, Gleeson & Wright?) but that there would be none incoming.

I find it odd that if we do get about £7.5k per week off the wage bill & a decent fee for Wright that there’s not space for a player to come in.

I wouldn’t entertain St.Johnstone wanting May unless we got a swap deal involving Kerr or O’Halloran.

The way we are currently set up to play and the players we use for the McInnes tactics then we will definitely beat his low scoring St.Johnstone record. We are absolutely powderpuff as an attacking team. We don’t even work on it in training.
