So the charges have been satisfied. Generally, we've either entered administration (we'd have heard by now) or generally the sale is in the later stages

I guess it means we're not going into Admin just yet. And also, either AH has found 200K down his sofa or we have a relatively rich benefactor. Or maybe ticket sales are going well for Exeter and we've sold 20,000 already.

Those debts in the charges were quite substantial, I don't think Hardy has the funding to pay those off
