Must be 2 months since Shanty retired as Administrator so how much longer do they need to monitor the site

ftivano what do you mean by that ,until a couple of days ago ,iv not noticed anything wrong its been running great ,its great that threads arnt getting blocked ,no matter how controversial ,and thats the way i want to see it continue ,cause i know from my point of view there will defo come a time where i will let rip on a player or the chairman and id expect my views to be noticed and a debate on them .

All that I'm asking is that let rip if you wish, - but please watch the language that you use, - or better still write down what you think, - then leave it for 24 hours before you post it, - modifying it if needs be.

There is nothing wrong with this site as you suggest, but trying to force the issue may cause one, - and I honestly don't think that you or anyone else would want that?

lol nunez to take someone to court for slander would cost thousands of pounds and 95 % of slander cases get thrown out plus just say it wins lol slap on wrists ,whats the worst that could happen ,scottish law for slander or defamation you need a hell of an evidence and proove that its hurt a business so much to sue ,its very rare indeed slander or defamation cases win in court in scotland ,the ones who have won are far far more serious than name calling on a message board lol.

Being somewhat pedantic, slander is spoken defamation. What is written/published defamation is libel.
