    Aberdeen v queens

I reckon that Queens will be in the same position Falkirk found themselves (against us) last weekend, - when they meet Aberdeen on Sunday, - because the Dons will have picked up niggles, strains and potentially sending's off as well against Rangers on Wednesday night.

Aberdeen v Rangers is a massive game for both clubs, so this could all work in our favour, just as long as Queens turn up and give 100% and have a full squad to choose from.

    Come on the South!

Another of these nothing to lose games so the pressure will should be off Queens and very much on Aberdeen. With a positive attitude from the off we can certainly give them a game and you just never know we may sneak a result up at Pittodrie and I would never bet against them.

Totally agree Spike, - and Queens in their faces from the off will be quite a bit to take after facing Rangers tomorrow night.

I see Jardi is empathising the importance of the game by putting up two threads . Anyway, I have to echo what is being said here. The game for Aberdeen tonight will be an exhausting one whether they win, lose or draw. The hope is that they will feel the after affects of such a game . We had another poor result last Saturday and no one will fancy us at all now . This ' no expectation whatsover' situation suits Queens down to the ground and on our day we can be very good . Its almost like we revel in the underdog status but crumble if we are favourites . You just never know lads , Sunday might not be a foregone conclusion.

JR, I'm cautiously with you on this one and particularly the fact that Aberdeen have the exertions of this evening to contend with.

A hard fought Aberdeen win tonight would be the best we could hope for, - as that would put them 2nd in the league and add considerably to the gate on Sunday as well.

Aberdeen will not overlook Queens' threat, - but they will look upon the Dundee result as a 'one off' particularly as they will have analysed us at Falkirk.

You never know, - that drubbing last week may well have worked in our favour?

Regardless of the theory, Queens will still need to play at their very best, and Aberdeen will have to be off the pace

Dons currently getting pumped by the Sons of William. I fear we may see the backlash on Sunday if things don't alter here.

McKenna now suspended after his straight red tonight. Aberdeen put a good shift in during the 2nd half and thought they’d equalise.
