Thread: Millers charged by FA

  1. #11
Both clubs have until 6pm Thursday to respond. We should respond by sending them video clips of other clubs involved similar incidents which went completely unpunished, while reminding them about a certain club in the bottom 3 of the Championship enjoying the services of an ineligible player for half a season, meaning his parent club missing out on his services and footing the wages for the privilege, also going unpunished.
It doesn't matter though, it's only Forest Green Rovers.
    And it's only Rotherham

Good points there Hazza but unfortunately that was all legal and above board.

This is all down to the refs report of the match and nothing else. He didn't have much control and in fact didn't seem to move more than 50m (25m each in half) the entire match.

The foul looks dangerous but when you look at it closely Wood found the only place in between their defender and keeper to land his feet in. Was it a foulf? Yes! Was it a booking? Maybe! Was it a sending off? Not in any match. Woods' saving grace is that he got booked and that means that the EFL cannot take any further action against him.

What does this do for the club?

Depending on the menntality of the players then it should give them added desire to bond together and raise the royal finger towards the EFL!

Here's a reminder of the song we sung the last time and the one we should sing on Saturday

    Fück the Football leeeeeeeeague

Probably get done for not controlling out fans if we did that.

Apart from the FA being a complete joke the charge - "failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion"

    How ridiculous is that?

What could the club have done?

Warne and co couldn't go on the pitch to do anything because, yes you've guessed it, that would bring an FA charge.

There's enough tv coverage about to charge individual players.

It's a pity the FA don't do something radical about clubs that fail to control their finances ☹

Pay the likely fine coming our way,we have no chance with any kind of defence, probably cost a fortune in legal fees, still disgusting,Harris stirring things up doesn't help either, pillock.

Woody has just been on Radio DeeDah and talked about what happened - ie it was a foul, but not anything deliberate . Silly behaviour by Harris in exaggerating what happened, and it could backfire on Millwall too

Got to agree with Harris on this. It was a disgraceful tackle by Wood and we should be punished by the FA for the pathetic reaction afterwards.

Yes but that’s not what the charge is about
