The situation at Cardiff is a mess according to some of my friends who are in the know.

It seems that the contract had been signed but the formalities hadn't been completed when the accident happened.International clearance had not been granted.Was he insured by Cardiff or Nantes?Will the Insurers,if any,pay out as the pilot was not registered to fly at night and Salah's agent had arranged the flight without Cardiff knowing.Cardiff,I believe,will wish to be honourable but it is suspected that their lawyers are advising them to hold off for now.The Courts will have a field day with this one I think.
