I suspect with this decision the EFL have opened pandora’s box. Where do the efl now draw the line in respect of ‘utmost good faith’.
Does this mean Sunderland’s away dressing room (designed with input from a psychologist) which aims to put off visiting teams breach the rule?
Also if the efl are to draft a new rule does anyone really trust/expect them to do it properly? Say they come up with a rule you can’t watch your opponents 72 hours before a fixture does that preclude you watching them on sky?
I understand why Leeds agreed to it as why would you trust the EFL to get it right at any hearing given our recent past but this does make the word ridiculous somehow an inadequate description for the penalty and what that means going forward.
EFL have said "no actual rule has been broken"..........so why the fine?
Well as LEEDS fans we can all draw our own conclutions huh.
Perhaps the fine is to help subsidize the local all you can eat buffet in Derby? Can't have that going out of business during the football season.
Bamford is fragile. Suspect that he can't go the the rest of the season without an injury. If he does suspect we are automatic. If not we'll be playoffs and that won't end well.
agree with the comment on Pablo. He's got some wear and tear on him and it might be too much to finish out the season strong.
we've been brilliant at pulling up youngsters and getting some great play out of them. we might get lucky and find one more gem to see us through but that's asking a lot.
Brown is definitely a big possiblity. he was brilliant last year and could replace Harrison if MB would do that.
if we don't win the next 2 games we'll be in bad shape given the form of the top 5 teams right now.
Bamford fragile
Brown fragile
Clarke fragile
Hernandez fragile
Beradi fragile
Dallas fragile
Douglas fragile
Hope the team bus has a good driver.
