Yep, the thought of losing him makes me sick! He truly is irreplaceable, it would be senseless not to give him a nice, long contract + money to spend. But we know Ashley...

Great insight into Rafa, think we all know he`s a pretty decent human being and a great manager... this little bit id from the same interview, prob be useful for half time *******ings...`

..."In a brilliant behind-the-scenes look at Benitez, the Newcastle manager ends up choking the Times journalist, (Caulkin),as he reveals his prowess in martial arts.

“Rafa Benítez is choking me. His forearm is pressed against my windpipe, his other hand gripping the scruff of my neck. ‘My moves are not as good as they were, but I can fight if I have to fight,’ the Newcastle United manager hisses. ‘I’m ready. I’ve done it all my life.’ Benítez looks ferocious. His eyes are blazing. And this interview has veered wildly off course.”

Aye. Going to be a smack in the nuts when we lose him and what makes it worse is we could so easily keep him if our **** of an owner would just realise what he has and what Rafa has done for the club.
