    We win 1-0

Surely should be starting ahead of McMullan every time Ginger?
He also set up Clark’s winner against Dunfermline last month but I’m really not convinced by him Stokey, really lightweight and a bit erratic. If I recall he was horrendous that day against the Pars but came up trumps with the assist.

Pawlett is v good, Cammy isn’t really a wide man but has done a decent job the past few weeks and McMullan/Nesbitt are very hit and miss.

Robbie appears to have sawn off Stanton but I wouldn’t mind seeing him in left mid. He’s a good player that will only be more effective surrounded by better players.

Cammy Smith needs to start before McMullan or Nesbitt IMO

First 15 minutes we started like a steam train then faded for the next 20 minutes but we were never going to sustain that pressure against a stoic ICT.

This was never going to be a classic as ICT never make it that way, they're just a big bruising side who like to clear their lines and pump balls in the oppositions box.

Happy with the 3 points and I'll take the same hard fought win on Sunday.

    Agreed.

McMullan gives the ball away far too much and I know it's a bit early to write Nesbitt off but he looks well below the level that's required.

Not everything is going Countys way as Hat-trick McKay went off injured with a possible broken arm!

Was thinking throughout the game that too many of our players were coming out second best in the challenge as per usual, but when it really mattered, we saw it out with a man or 3 down as some of our lads were really struggling towards the end.

No pleasing some people. We've been begging to win ugly against teams like this for ages. We've been praising our play particularly in the first half of the last few games and now.we have an ugly game it's all.doom.and gloom. Internet chat really does bring out theost negative in people. It'd be interesting if there were forums when we were pushing for promotion in 95/96 when we had team full of internationals and legends and still needed the playoffs. Time distorts these things though and I'd doubt anyone wold talk **** about that lot now

I totally agree. McMullan is totally brainless, drives me crazy.

What a result though, great to see us grind it out like that against a team that haven't lost many this season and we've struggled against for quite a while. I'd take the same on Sunday in a heartbeat!
