Tonight was a BIG win and by far and away the most important of the ICT double header. I would take the opportunity to shuffle the pack Sunday and relax a bit with League pressure off. I really couldn’t give a phuck on Sunday. If we win, we win, if we lose, we lose. Let’s face it,we are not winning the ScottishCup in a month of Sundays. The only thing I want to avoid is a draw - extra midweek games up in Inverness are not what we need.

Big win. Wee bit concerned we are still not taking our chances with 3 (when sow gets up to speed) good strikers in the team.

Still too much tappy football around opposition boxes. What wrong with good old fashioned putting your laces through the ball.

Despite winning the penalty think Nesbit is a weak link and Cammy Smith should start before him and McMullen.

Thought defence were solid enough and Robson for me was MOTM.

We did what we need to do, win our games and hope that County slip up.

It's a shame that County have got so much breathing space, as we could do with them feeling a bit more under pressure with us breathing right down their neck.

All we can do is keep on grinding out wins. They will drop points. We have to be winning so we can capitalise on that when it happens.

If, and it’s a big if, we match their results and beat them in our head to heads they don’t have much of an advantage. We may well benefit from their fixture backlog catching up with them.

I’ve not given up hope just yet. BUT we do need to start taking our chances, we create loads at the moment but just aren’t ruthless.

Fixture backlog? Is it not only one game? And we have an extra game this weekend with them being out of the cup.

And that may go to a replay...

County are playing with incentive, while we are playing with pressure. Expect more orderings off as the pressure intensifies, which will make things all the harder for us.

McKay snapped his arm last night.

He is far and away their top scorer.

Added into the mix, that is a powerful factor in our favour.

.....Mckay out means more gametime for Brian 'the flying donkey' Graham. Another plus.

They currently have a game v Falkirk in hand, then a displaced game against us obviously, but they also have the Fizzy Pop final and the game v Dunfermline they should have played that weekend. Its not the worst backlog, but every little helps!
