Interesting close season?

My previous manager was a proper boo boy. Right back in the days of MON. I remember when we hired McLeish - the bloke came in the next day and said he would start following his second team more closely. (can't remember who that was). He actually bought a ticket to go to a game just to boo McLeish and ironically is was one we won well in.

... For me, the people most allowed to moan are those that go week in week out. But anyone who is moaning about Smith isn't one of those anyway.

It's clear he has a massive job but who would you rather be dealing with that? A thru and thru villa fan or Big Sam et al

MON was avalible before he went to Forrest. Unless it's him I would rather stick with Smith.

Mon caused all our problems, just leaving the club and us in the smelly stuff with just before the new season started. He spent over 100 million and instead of throwing his dummy out the pram could have kept that same team with some youth for 3 more seasons.
I hate him and in my books will never be welcomed back.
