No Flour. Nobody at all has claimed that there was more grooming in Rotherham than in any other large town/city. The scandal in Rotherham was that the authorities were aware of it and turned a blind eye for fear of creating racial/social tensions.

With the Council still in power I wouldn't be surprised that they are as inept today as they were then.
Any organisation that needs significant, prolonged intervention from the Goverment isn't fit to manage local affairs
