Maybe he should let people spy on his team. The opponents may $*1t themselves laughing at his incompetence and allow Derby to win a game.

You would have to ask the Derby lot, but for me he has spent a lot of money this season and I don't feel the team has actually been improved. They have taken a lot of thrashings this season too.
I suspect he will be found out when the money has all gone and he has to wheel and deal more ( though I think he will have been sacked or jumped ship long before that happens).
