    Preston(home)predictions

I would imagine mass fear is spreading through the Preston camp about they can get though our rock solid defence.

The actual scoreline we lose this is unimportant.
The fact we will lose is inevitable. And it will be another crap performance. We know exactly what they will come and do. And we will be powerless to stop them.
This lot will be miles better than us.
    Another depressing day.

Champs, how long have you been following football?
If it was that simple, how the hell did QPR suddenly beat Leeds?
Of course we might lose. Then again, we might draw...and we might even win. At the moment, PNE will obviously be favourites, but this is football: the logical outcome doesn't always follow. Do outsiders never win horse-races?!
At the moment, we are 3-1 and Preston 6-4 with the bookies. That seems about right, but how many teams overcome the odds every week? If there were no surprises, Ladbrokes would be out of business.

I'll put my life savings on us not winning. We are that poor. No doubt at some point we will get a win. The law of averages says we will. The division is crap. It's not that hard.

But we will make sure we don't win this one. We are woefully poor. That won't change before Sat. Our defence will still be poor. Our keeper will still be v weak. And he has No body to bring in to change it. And TM is clueless about changing any of this. We are completely reliant on luck or a freak result.

You still haven't explained why we are "woefully poor" now, but were play-off contenders five weeks ago.

That's the whole point. None of us do. And it's been shocking to watch. We where pretty poor over Xmas aswwll. Lost every game. I thought that was a blip. Turns out that Jan was the odd month. Where we won a few against the bottom sides and played well in one game, Hull.
