How has Mel put a fear factor into the club?

All the managers we have had under him have had the same instructions. Play attractive football when possible, utilise Academy players, promotion is the aim but failure to promote is not a sackable offence. They have all had those KPI's and Mel has had regular meetings with them all regarding how well or otherwise they are meeting those KPI's.

Perason didn't and then got hands on with Mel so his sacking was inevitable. Clement missed all og the KPI's and was regularly warned as to the consequences. When the results went awry he had no saving grace and was gone. Again the right decision IMO.

Mel's 1 cock up was the one time he stormed into the dressing room post match and gave the team the hair dryer treatment. He later admitted he was wrong to do so and apologised to the players.

So, I repeat my opening question........ DCFCA, how has Mel put a fear factor into the club?
