This post is rubbish. Please read the correct information on the Companies House website before you post your nonsense.

companies house knowing where money comes from is as ridiculous as deeranged claiming the FCA stop everything to audit DFCSS accounts. The two of you hate FPS and want DFCSS back in charge, not Dundee fans imo

only you and deeranged hate FPS, even though you both purposely attempt to prove otherwise. Neither of you have the intellect to defend your position without aggression, which I personally have never showing towards either of you. Because I don't have to. I'm right.

    Hi Taintedice.
On the contrary last week I was speaking to a Dundee supporter who asked me if I had any idea if you were a Dundee supporter or a Dab.
I know one thing. I am losing the will to live trying to have a sensible discussion with you because you will not listen to reason. It is your way or no way.

I asked you a simple question and you chose to ignore it in favour of provarication. You are not a FPS fan, I understand, but you continue to refuse to offer your thoughts on the current offer, marking yourself and deeranged as very dangerous individuals. I will never accuse either of you of being dabs as I am respect you too much as Dundee fans.

It is my privilege to keep my own counsel on my views regarding this offer.

Yes it is, well done to you. You want the club to falter and be relegated so you can get control. This is why you are hated.

By offering £8,000 for 14,000,000 shares what does that mean FPS actually value our club at? Can anyone do the maths?

IMO if FPS want to go down this road they should make a reasonable offer for the shares and that offer should be accepted by the members of DFCSS. Let's face it, the club will get the money back in time anyway. However what constitutes a reasonable offer is a matter of opinion - in my opinion £8,000 is comic cuts stuff.

    Shaded - I'll go halfies.

I'm genuinely struggling as to how giving my opinion on the offer made by FPS to DFCSS can be be considered a 'version of events'.

Couple of quick questions for you. Do you agree with the valuation FPS is currently placing on our club? Do you think offering £8,000 for 14,000,000 shares that are nominally valued at £1 per share is a fair offer to make to an organisations second biggest shareholder?

I'm just heading off to work just now and might be able to have a go at calculating the value FPS is placing on Dundee FC as a business by making this offer and will hopefully be able to let you know later today. This info will help you answer the questions I've posed.

My apologies if you feel this post is in any way passive aggressive or anti FPS. I simply write it as I would say it i.e. with a passion for Dundee FC and neither aggression toward you nor hatred toward FPS are intended.

How much are DFCSS valuing the club at, your saying 14,000,000 at £1 per share, shaded is saying 1p per share,

End of the day, DFCSS / Dee4life was set up to help save the club, not to own it, not to stifle progress, not as a profit driven company, so they should go back to the original membership and ask them what they think they should do.

Stifle FPS plans possibly....stifle progress I'm not so sure.....Seen little evidence of that up till now and certainly far less than was promised.

    I trust neither groups.
