companies house knowing where money comes from is as ridiculous as deeranged claiming the FCA stop everything to audit DFCSS accounts. The two of you hate FPS and want DFCSS back in charge, not Dundee fans imo

On the contrary last week I was speaking to a Dundee supporter who asked me if I had any idea if you were a Dundee supporter or a Dab.
I know one thing. I am losing the will to live trying to have a sensible discussion with you because you will not listen to reason. It is your way or no way.

Yes it is, well done to you. You want the club to falter and be relegated so you can get control. This is why you are hated.

FPS has offered £8,000 for £140,000 worth of shares and is justifying this by stating that DFCSS listed them at a nominal value of £1 in their annual accounts. By doing this FPS is accepting the DFCSS account's valuation of the shares as correct and by making their offer to purchase at a 'considerable premium' are admitting that the club is in effect valueless.

By offering £8,000 for 14,000,000 shares what does that mean FPS actually value our club at? Can anyone do the maths?

IMO if FPS want to go down this road they should make a reasonable offer for the shares and that offer should be accepted by the members of DFCSS. Let's face it, the club will get the money back in time anyway. However what constitutes a reasonable offer is a matter of opinion - in my opinion £8,000 is comic cuts stuff.

Couple of quick questions for you. Do you agree with the valuation FPS is currently placing on our club? Do you think offering £8,000 for 14,000,000 shares that are nominally valued at £1 per share is a fair offer to make to an organisations second biggest shareholder?

I'm just heading off to work just now and might be able to have a go at calculating the value FPS is placing on Dundee FC as a business by making this offer and will hopefully be able to let you know later today.This info will help you answer the questions I've posed.

Stifle FPS plans possibly....stifle progress I'm not so sure.....Seen little evidence of that up till now and certainly far less than was promised.
