I'm starting to think there's agendas on both sides and the other side of the street.

Question I want answered.....did dfcss offer FPS the a shares or not.....that's the starting point for me?

In a nutshell, FPS wanted to buy the A shares, but the DFCSS at the last meeting voted against the sale.
As long as the DFCSS retain the A shares there will be no amalgamation or change of colours.

As Dfcss member, i can't recall the A shares ever been proposed for sale until FPS requested to purchase them.

As far as I'm concerned, the A shares have no monetary value, their values are the conditions attached to them, which gives the supporters some security and they should never be sold as long as Dfcss exists.

I'm more worried about the possibility of relegation and FPS cutting their losses and bailing out if it happens.
Difficult to say what dfc is worth, but there is no queue of investors waiting to take over an ailing football club.
Just look across the road , it's taken them three years to get some investment.
Dfcss are in no position to take over the running of the club, and have no significant capital to invest in dfc.

I know FPS have not fulfilled their promises, & their biggest mistakes have been the selection of mangers, but at least they backed every manager, all at high costs
They are still here ( for now ), and continue to back the club .

Yes I'm aware of the above deecom.

But did Dfcss offer to sell the shares as per what FPS said or was that bull.

I cannae mind what the outcome of that was.

DFCSS has never offered the A shares for sale to FPS or anyone else to my knowledge, why would they ?

And I've asked this of someone else recently.

What would Dfcss say if it was put to them move to dump or almalgamate or the club's Doon the tubes.

I wonder what the answer would be.
