Can only agree with much of what's said in this thread. This stuff's contributed to my own lack of interest in AFC/fitba recently. I've always thought it should be easy to get the backing of Dons fans - all they need is the right attitude. But they mess it up so often.

It was time for him to fk off ages ago and take McWinless with him, but the sad reality is that aint happening anytime soon.

It’s an open goal for the club. Two things that would unite the entire support would be to tell the Huns & the Daily Record to f*ck off. Imagine the goodwill it would create, at a time when we really could be using some. It’s also another one of an almost endless list of improvements which would cost the club F*CK ALL. In fact, I think it would be a good money spinner. There’s no excuse.

So, tinfoil hats on. Why don’t they do it?

What I would say playing devil's advocate, is that if we were to be in a true total liability situation like many fans around the country want, then there would be alot more letters going round fans like shown.

Be nice if " the accused " wrote back to them defending his actions . something like, Mr Gerrard and myself know each other and it was done in the context of friendly rivalry. You will see I am smiling, and not grimacing my face in any form of hatred ? .. Now, what about the sectarian singing, missiles thrown at Home Fans, and destruction of Club property in the away section ?? Have you written to each R.F.C. supporter about this ? ( As you will also have available to you their names and addresses ?)
