I agree but before the arrival of Almiron it would’ve been very hard to do?
Haven’t seen any of the game yet - how did Kenedy and Shelvey (and Ki!) do?

Ki should never take a corner again

Ki looked as rusty as you would expect, Kennedy ran around but Shelvey did really well.

I see their manager Marco Silva has been crying the blues about the match officials being to blame for Everton's defeat when in all honesty the ref was their twelfth man today. What a cnut.

Moaning kunt.Panicking about his job.Fancy spending over 300m just to be 3 points above Rafas 60m team in the League.Scruffy scouse mackems.
He set them up well 1st half but then Rafa did a number on him 2nd.Look at the chances we missed 2nd half.Rondon when he lobbed over the goalie and a couple cleared off crosses that only needed a tap in,Dummetts shot that the mackem saved.

Rafa in that second half showed why he really is one of the best tacticians in the game! Absolute master class from him today.

We are much more balanced now. Not perfect by any means but it just goes to show that the players we have, have the ability to play if allowed.
Rafa is providing us with some fairly decent football. It's watchable and even exciting at times.

The man deserves massive plaudits for changing things up.
This second half of the season is like a new season.

I'd be more than happy with a tweak here and there to this set up.
Much better football by a country mile.
