They won't.It will be the usual £1 plus some debt.Think the agreement for the £6.7m Paragon money is that it will be paid back over 10 years

Well if they don’t then it’s the end.

The minimum value that Companies House need to register a change of shareholding of a Ltd company is £1 hence why it is the "usual" figure.

I’ve posted this before and will do again and the reason I believe we have ended up where we are is due to the high volume of playing staff turnover this decade. It’s is simply not sustainable and any new owner must stop this. This quantity over quality approach has probably cost millions and looks on course to cost us our league status.

If Notts County was a company it would be like one that employs agency workers for Christmas on a part time basis except doing this constantly throughout the year. This has resulted in a club with no identity and a fan base that has little or no connection with its players because many have not stayed around long enough to get to know their names. Many players don’t have any songs, when they score some don’t bother acknowledging or celebrating with the fans.

Here is the mammoth list and remember the decade still has another nine months to run.

Hardy has to take some of the blame for the mess we are in but not all he has backed his mangers and brought in all the players they wanted.

Things started to go wrong From August to January this season the players must take most of the blame for the performances on the pitch.

Once the players cross the white line the managers and coaches can only do things like change the shape or players on the pitch, but in the end it is down to the players to score the goals and stop the opposition scoring.

The way I see it, we had a system and a style of play that was effective last season. It wasn't always pretty, but it was mostly effective. All we needed to do was tweak it - replace Shola, replace Yates, get a quality centre-back in, etc. Whoever was behind our attempt to refashion ourselves as a pretty footballing side is the one who should take the blame for this season. That was a catastrophic move.

Given that Nolan spent most of his career playing under Big Sam, I'd say it's very unlikely that he'd rip up everything that worked for him in his playing and managerial career to date and replace it with something unfamiliar. So my guess is that Hardy meddled with first team affairs, forcing Nolan to adopt a style of football that he was never going to be able to deliver.

I guess we'll never know for sure though.
