I heard that as well, but on watching the goal celebration, I couldn't see anything happen. Great celebration by Grealish though.

It's on YouTube. One steward kind of mamhandles him and seems to knee him in the back to push him away from the Villa fans, then afterwards another steward comes over to confront him and pushes him in the chest. According to Villa fans a steward was led away by police but not sure which one.

The steward was escorted away but he returned later, presumably after a telling off.

True, but if you are ‘normally’ sensible, this is a harsh enough deterrent. Most people have careers that would be seriously jeopardised by this outcome. I know it would end my career as I know it.

Mine too but this guy is apparently a member of their Zulu firm so I doubt he has an unblemished record.

Anyway there's a good article about it here which I think sums it up quite well: if society is violent, aggressive and disorderly, football fans will be violent, aggressive and disorderly.
