Teams look at goals conceded from crosses and will setup accordingly.

Doesn't take long for teams to sus us out. Has been like that for past 3 seasons. Suppose it's a symptom of our level.

It's really odd that three mangers in a row have steadfastly refused to change formation at any time.

Another thing that our last 3 or 4 managers have not done is pinpoint the weaknesses of other teams whilst ignoring their strengths.

Is it some kind of superiority complex that says we just need to concentrate on our own game without worrying about what the opposition might do to us and taking for granted we’ll automatically cause them problems.

BUT he was allowed to bring another goalie in. AND Mehmet is playing in reserves so I RN has to take blame for continuing to play Seabiscuit who also by being a Subbuteo keeper gave the winner v ICT and cost us 250k plus..

the keeper is a snowflake - he jumps to a full height of 5 feet which is impressive for a 6 ft 4 keeper.

And you guys who are now suggesting Mehmet - don't you recall him getting the Siegrist treatment last season.

It's born out of frustration that history is repeating itself for the third season running. Different manager, same result.

Common denominator would appear to be that they are all stubborn and not prepared to change from what they perceive as the best way forward. Despite it being clearly evident to everyone and their grannie that the formation is flawed not working! Deeply concerning.
