They make it sound a lot worse than it was. She basically got over a 2-3' wall into a planted buffer zone and the jaguar grabbed her through the wire fence that had what looks like 6"x4" gauge. It's not like she actually got in the enclosure with the animal. Any kid could get over that wall and be mauled the same way.
