Dfcss had q&a sessions in their capacity as majority shareholders, where they discussed club matters with all fans? Shame they never sent me an invite when I was even a member at the time.

You asked if dfcss held q&a sessions,they did. They were majority shareholders at that time,so I would say they were held in that capacity. Club directors were in attendance,and anyone could attend.

What I think you meant to ask was did the club hold any q&a while dfcss were majority shareholders. You would need to ask the club that,it would have been their meeting,not the society's
