Not sure about Grist but I can even remember '69 (BTW not a reference to the lack of bedroom Olympics with Mrs CA) but '59 is outside my lifespan (just).

Ahh well Cam I was born in '71 matey, so I havent got a clue about the glorious 60s etc.

I hear they were days of brown flares and cheeky innuendos, and a popular type of smokey.
