As long as the old firm are here, Scottish football will always be corrupt.
I remember when Archie Knox was manager, we beat Rangers at ibrox in the Scottish cup, we were 3-2 up, all the rest of the results were in, but we were still playing.
Dundee supporters were throwing their scarves onto the park, shouting FFS just gie them a replay!
Mind you it was only 9 minutes added on !

That was a replay, remember game at dens Dee hit the bar walker Mcall followed up ref claimed ball had went out and wind blew it back in, archie McPherson in commentary said not enough wind to blow a crisp bag

Said it over the road but there would have been little time added on if Celtic had been 1-0 up - the whole thing stinks and always has.

With Madden as the referee and John Beaton as the fourth official holding up the board what do expect.

I remember that one, they got corner after corner in those extra 10 mins and in the end the ref would be too embarrassed to play till they equalised. For good measure we beat them at Ibrox again in the cup the following year then 3 times out of 4 in the league the year after. They were rank rotten

The team we had then would be top 3 now, the general standard now is grim.

There used to be players from other teams who you could even enjoy watching but now I struggle to name even 3 from each SPL team.

We had players like cammie Fraser and Ian Ferguson at that time, but I feel now that the emphasis is on the physical side of the game.
Teams like hearts and Motherwell and Inverness are brutal.
When Hartley came to Dundee, we played really good football, them teams realised ,if you want to beat Dundee, just bully them.
It's been the same this season for Dundee, until macintyre came.

If we are still in the Premier League next season I will not be attending home games against Hearts and Motherwell.
Their style of play is brutal and anti-football.
In my opinion Craig Levein and Stephen Robinson should hold their heads in shame playing this style of football.
Football is supposed to be entertaining which is certainly not the case as far as the managers of Hearts and Motherwell are concerned.
Their supporters must be easily pleased or bored out of their skulls.
