Evening Kettering - in a results driven business you have to be good at your job otherwise the revolving door is there for us all. Sentiment - lovely person - being pretty - nice tits - genuine etc etc all helps but employers want results in many businesses. Driving four hours for a match to see Gayle on the wing, or wrong formation started to annoy me. I would rather have swapped the nice guy for a horrible ******* if it meant a win, or the set up of the team was the best possible.

I am sure T May is a nice person too - but sadly ineffective!
