There are people out there who think he got the sack because he is black and those same people think he shouldn't have got the sack because he is black.

On both counts they are hopelessly wrong!

If James Shan who I have the utmost respect for and want him to do really well in growing with the team. If results keep going the right way for him and Lai makes all that money from the richest game in football what then.

We have returned to the Premiership, will Lai give up some of the promotion money to strengthen the squad, if he doesn't then James Shan could and probably will end up struggling for points, do we sack him just on the basis of not enough points, we have already seen that he plays his men in the right positions and is attempting to play good football by the way they were well organised at Brentford.

Should he get the sack simply on that basis I wonder if the self same cretins that are drumming up a storm about Darren Moores release will do the same...I'm not offering odds.
