I noticed them whilst he was sitting next to Faddy on the bench and thought wtf...then I came on here and read your comment and burst out laughing. They looked ridiculous

As much as McLeish was a poor appointment surely he could have got himself better coaches than Peter Grant and James McFadden.

I don’t even know if Peter Grant has ever been a coach somewhere before,I’m sure McFadden has never been one, maybe he can pass on his knowledge of what it’s like to never qualify for a tournament to the players but other than that I can’t see what he would offer.

Peter Grant is McLeishs lackey. He was with him at Birmingham, Villa and Forest

Edit-Did he nae manage Norwich for a while too. Nae tryingbto stick up for him like.

Anyone know what caused McLeish's fall out with "Glesca" Andy?

Big Ecks best stints as a manager was with Andy Watson and Roy Aitken as his coaches.

I seem to recall Aitken moved to the Middle East for financial reasons but what happened to Andy Watson?

Did they have a falling out or something?

Supporting Scotland is deffo worse for you than supporting the Dons. Big Eck was just a really poor and lazy choice as manager. Nowt against the guy. He was good first time around and maybe thought he had to leave while his stock was high. We are so much better than the team that played in the last two games. That can only come down to McLeish. His methods must be outdated or else he’d have been working in club football. We need a younger man the players can relate to. I don’t think we can trust him with the play-offs

It's a funny one, they were joined at the hip for years and years, then he just vanishes.
I suppose folk do just fall out when they work together, but it's strange.
