The arrogance mixed with the brow beaten

It appears quite a few villa fans are coming across quite arrogant not only leading up to this weekend's game but also in regards to FFP.
To quote 1 or 2 of them
"Financial fair play,ha ha ha not a problem we have someone on the board who invented the rules"
"We have a chairman who can bypass any problems with finances"
"What a easy game this weekend,we could play the under 11's this weekend and still win"
If ever a team needed to be knocked down a peg or 2 it's this lot.
The rules were invented for all of the football league,so it interests me greatly if teams like this will have the same punishment as anybody else who oversteps the Mark.

Take it with a pinch mate. Football is full of tosspots.
Villa are a classic English football club, with huge support from a massive area.
The midlands has always been a weak area for football, so they have no competition for attendances.
But they are that well run, that they are playing the 2nd tier of English football for the 3rd consecutive season.
They are still racking up debt. And if they don't get up this season, they will be playing a 4th consecutive season in this league. For a club that size, its not just embarrassing, its potentially going to set them back so far. Let them talk crap. It wont change a thing.
They couldn't beat us at our place, and fluked a last min goal.
For the amount of money they have spent, they should be beating sides like us with ease.

As in FFP. Like everything in football, its designed to protect the bigger clubs and punish the small ones, like us.

Try not to let them get to you Robin, the fact they have to play us and Brentford is enough to laugh at.
