    Swans v Brentford

What a performance by the Swans last night as they routed Brentford with an all out attacking display, James and Dyer running riot as the opposition were mesmerised first half.
Within 30 secs the ball was in the net, Dyer scoring after James had dispossessed the Brentford defender.
James was unstoppable with his speed on the break, he hit the bar with one run and shot, and Celina hit the bar with a free kick, before Dyer scored a second before the interval.
Second half and Brentford had more of the game but with little end product, one shot on target throughout the game.
James wrapped up the points when Roberts hit the post on 74 mins and James scored from the rebound.
This was a repeat of the Forest game but with the goals to go with their fine display of passing football in both games.

Yes it was reminiscent of that West Brom game where we passed them off the park.
Our recent games have been a joy to watch. We have to be more wise in dead ball situations though, which is costing us goals, that will come with experience.
Last night we blitzed Brentford’s goal and they had no answer.
More of the same on Saturday please.

The only disappointment last night was the crowd, a lot of empty seats. Brentford fans were no more than a bus load and behind the goal was empty.
I thought they said about 17k but that includes season ticket holders even if they don’t turn up.
To be fair, a mid week game, cold night, and playing Brentford for the third time this season.
I’m expecting a full house for Boro on Saturday.
