In the mean time EFL are more concerned about fans on the pitch, yes I know it could be a problem but ffs get your own house in order EFL

It's a good day out at Bury and not too far to travel. Hope to see them in League 1 next season.
Lincoln City is a good day out as well.

What should they be doing about Bury?

Seems strange that these clubs were regular opponents not so long ago, and here we are on other threads moaning about our misfortunes. The team that finishes bottom of the premier league will probably make more money than all the clubs in league four put together.

Remember Jermaine Beckford. He was signed by Lee Clark when he was Bury Manager but hasn't played for them for 18 months.
Clarke signed about 20 players for them one pre season in a STeve Evans scattergun type approach
Others haven't played for two years but are still under contract and presumably are being paid.
No wonder they have financial problems

The analogy would be Danny Schofield signed by us when we were at Death Valley Stadium. He was the forerunner to Dexter Dickstick and Greg Cantbearsed Halford so no wonder TS is being careful with splashing the cash

Bury changed ownership as recently as last xmas with the previous owners property empire crashing and owing £27m. They are lucky to be in existence and if they do get promoted their fans are expecting to start their campaign with a points deduction.

Anyone happy with Tony Stewart, Richard Stewart and ASD lighting ?

I wouldn't put Schofield in the same category as Blackstock or Halford though. He wouldn't have been good enough for the Championship, but he looked like he actually wanted to play for us, and was a reasonable player for the level we were then at. For some reason SE fell out with him (nothing unusual), and having recently moved on a three-year deal, Schofield didn't fancy tearing up his own contract and moving again. 37 Millers appearances, 1 goal (same as Blackstock!)
