    Swans v Middlesboro

We face a Boro side this Saturday smarting from a mid week defeat at home to Bristol City and they will be desperate to do well. Expect a bombardment of aerial balls as per a typical Tony Pulis side. That’s if he’s still there with rumblings of discontent after a poor run of results.

Two goals scored and five defeats in the last six matches, shocking form from the promotion favourites.
    What has happened at Middlesboro?

Another nail in Pulis’s coffin as we brushed aside Middlesboro with ease, cruising into a 3-0 lead before a late Boro surge made it 3-1 final score.
McBurnie was again left out in favour of a diminutive but fast forward line of James, Routledge, and Dyer.
Typical Pulis side, a giant back four and dominant in the air, whereas we kept the ball on the ground and with our swiftt attacking football we mesmerised Boro, as per Brentford and Forest recently.

Outstanding performance by the lads again.
Routledge hit the bar on 29’ and there were saves from Celina and Dyer as we peppered their goal.
Penalty on 34’ after James was fouled in the box. Grimes calmly converts, 1-0.
Routledge on 38’ a shot to the bottom left of goal, 2-0.
Second half Dyer and James went close before Roberts scored from a beautiful through ball from Celina on 71’
On 79’ Rodon, back from long term injury, replaced captain Hoorn.
Within two minutes Boro has scored from a corner conceded by Rodon, but we saw out the final few minutes, as Boro pressed hard. Final score 3-1.
