Prediction League - Watford - FA Cup

It's been a wild ride this FA Cup. I've never seen Wolves get this far in my time following them and I've been dying for a Cup run. Glad I've finally got one and there's a decent chance it won't be over this weekend. Wolves head to Wembley and face Watford. They've been having a similar season to us. They're right below us in the table and they're in the FA Cup semis. However, Watford have never won the FA Cup and have only one finals appearance (1983-84). We've won it four times, the last being in 1960. Their fans will be desperate for a victory Saturday, as will ours. Watford don't score a ton, but their goals are spread out through the squad. 7 players with 4+ goals on the season in all competitions. Troy Deeney has 9 himself and leads all scorers. Andre Gray and Etienne Capoue lead them in the Cup with two goals a piece. I think it will be a nervy game for both squads as neither want the Cup to end and neither will want to fall behind early. We've kept our nerve in big games all season and I expect us to again.

Reminder to pick your score after 90 minutes. Anything that happens after 90 minutes is irrelevant to the Prediction League.

    Wolves 1-1 Watford

    Jimenez

Although Watford lost to Utd a few days ago they looked very lively and dangerous and were unlucky not to get a result. For me we have not looked convincing our last couple of games and I fear the worst!

    Please don't let it be true.........Wolves 1 Watford 3

Games like this are usually a one-off where form counts for nothing. Very much a case of 'on the day'. So my wishful thinking prediction is:

    Wolves 1 Watford 0

    Jota.

Wolves 2 - Watford 1 (Jimenez) .....I know it won't be easy, but having come so far this season I don't see our lads giving in without making a monumental effort to claim a place in the final. GYMW !!!
