he's played under 2 negative as **** managers before RN, never had a consistent run in the team and was deemed surplus to requirements at the start of the season.
At least he tries and doesn't hide like so many we've had the last 4-5 years. He will have bad games or quiet games like every player. Hopefully people don't jump all over him when that's the case. He has a manager who obviously has a lot of belief in him now and makes him feel confident...that is a big thing for a player and can only be good for us.
Only just turned 23 too.
