What an utter waste of space you are.
What do you actually do!?
Without Peace’s hand up your a r s e operating you you’re clueless.
Do us all a favour in the morning and sack everyone in the recruitment dream team and then sack yourself.
Retain just a shred of dignity and fall in your sword.
With Lai the owner we are gong nowhere but downhill. No real investment in players or quality coaches.
All Lai wants is out with minimum loss that is the problem & the club's board are unwilling to tell him the harsh realities
So here we are.....Team too old lacking pace, managers on the cheap and mates with senior pros, youngsters not up to it yet, blame Jenkins & the board if you want but he is implementing Lai's budget.
With Lai as owner we are @ best a mid championship outfit just as JP said.
Think there is another long period of the wilderness years
Agree. Only chance is we do get promoted by some freak performances via the Playoffs. We will get slaughtered in the Prem but at least we would be guaranteed a huge sum (£100m) for being in the Prem for one season. Plus two years of parachute money. Might tempt someone to buy us or give us some new funds to re-build. If we don't make it this year then it could be a few years in the wilderness. Lai won't sell till he gets his money back. Don't understand why the hell he bought us in the first place - just makes no sense. Unless he thought he was going to drain the money out of us staying in the Prem for another five years.
The problem is Lai won't sell until he can get his money, or most of it, back and God knows when that will be. Lai has no interest in us as a football club only the prestige of owning a Premier League club and the prospect of making money. This puts us in a no win situation as he won't invest and therefore we won't get the type of players that we need to get us back. I feel that these play-offs could be our best chance. I don't think it's beyond us but I think that everything will need to go for us to do it.
