Getting rid of Naysmith with 3 games to go would be utter insanity, - what would we achieve? - absolutely nothing and probably guarantee the bottom spot and automatic relegation.

I would courteously request that Mr. Naysmith puts up his hand and acknowledges that relying on Dobbie when he was quite clearly carrying an injury was not the best decision of his managerial career. When Dobbie was out for several weeks with the hamstring tear he kept saying "we are not a one man team" so why did he persist in risking him against Ayr, - when there were several six pointers still to play?

Clearly it would have been far better to have faced Alloa, Dunfermline, Ross County and Partick with our talisman intact than have him sitting in the stand nursing an injury that could have been avoided, - but that preferred option has now been taken away from us and we must fight our remaining games with the best ammunition at our disposal.

Connor Murray must surely be a starter from now until the end of the season, - if only to cause problems with his energy and constant running. Fraser Aird should also be utilised at least as a sub to run at teams and cause bother in an around the penalty area.

All three subs must be brought on to maximise the freshness of the team. There is no point in bringing on a sub with two or three minutes on the clock and expect them to turn the game.

We could also do to know what is happening with Nicky Low.....has he decided to save himself for next season and another club?

It's over to you now Mr. Naysmith, you have the opportunity to keep Queens in the Championship in this their Centenary year.

The fans have been extremely patient with you and have seen the effort that has gone into each game since the end of January, - but there comes a time when shaking your head in disbelief that yet again Queen of the South failed to convert their chances will not wash with the fans who have begged you to use all three subs and to make the best use of young Connor Murray.

In the last 3 matches we must give 100% and track back for every lost ball. Make more use of Jordan Marshall overlapping down the left wing and increase the number of chances to Dykes, McGrath, Murray and Stirling.

Until the very last whistle on May the 4th against Partick Thistle we ask that every effort is made to maintain our Championship status. It would be an unparalleled disaster to witness Queens being relegated in their Centenary year.

Instead of calling for the managers head, - we should be encouraging him to clear his head and try some new tactics rather than relying on the same, safe modes of playing which have seen us drop from top four candidates to relegation certainties in three short months.

Encouraging new tactics? If he doesn't know what he's doing by now there is something far wrong, in any case that's rubbish as he plays new tactics every single game!! The players must get dizzy the amount of times he changes it prior and during. It took the entire duration of the Alloa game for the ''experts'' on P&B to work out what formation we were playing on Saturday!

Calling for his head now might seem ludicrous but we are heading down anyway the way things are going plus we have a number 2 and Dobbie would be able to help out. IMO its the only ammo we have left, sticking with him is just clutching at straws

yes im for booting him now aswell ,queens might just get a wee boost ,as teams do when managers leave ,let dobs take caretaker charge until end of season ,naysmith overthinks too much and cares too much about the opposition .

Ellis and Dobbie in-charge for the remaining three games. If not then Queens are down and Naysmith will be away at the end of the season, anyway.
