Davy 500, I'm not saying Ardley's the messiah but just sacking managers like we're spinning the roulette wheel waiting for the ball to land on green is clearly not the way forwards.
He has used no budget at all quite well. O'Brien is our best midfielder, Stubbs our most consistent defender, he's turned Milsom into a decent LB and got Hemmings to his career goals average of 1 in 3. That's more than the other pair managed and if we started the season with his January transfer signed team we wouldn't be in the bottom two.
Easy to post sack the manager, harder to pay the compo when paying two previous sets of coaching staff off, harder still to recruit a better one.
