He might not really have a choice if his wages are high we may need to move him on.

Of course he'll honour his contract, he's unlikely to get paid more elsewhere at 37. I doubt we would be able to move him on for the same reason. Still, he's a warrior so that's alright.

Good to hear Leigh is on the mend. I guessed it was illness, as it was unlikely he’d book a holiday at the business end of the season.

Heart arrhythmia is not to be taken lightly and the recommendations for people with this condition are a blueprint for us old codgers.

Healthy diet, physical activity, healthy weight, quit smoking, limit caffeine and alcohol, reduce stress. The latter will have to wait until a week on Saturday!
