Well Grantham l have sat in the Main stand since 1972 & stood infront of it since l moved 10 years on the Kop intermingled prior to that with Lane end & the County Road. I for one will give the Players & Directors Box the verbals they deserve as l always have done being in range of both parties. They are all a f@cking shambles & consequently have earnt all they receive with interest imo.

They've got a specialist coach in so the players know how to say bye bye to the fans should the result be as usual.

I can't believe that anyone will clap the players off if we lose and are looking at relegation in the face,if they do then they should be ashamed of themselves,I won't even clap them off if Notts win im that fed up with this season

I get people's passion - I could have cried after last Friday. But I think people forget we're in a league against 91 other clubs. No divine right to be anywhere - it's a competition with winners and losers. The laws of probability at some point you're gonna end up at the bottom? I don't know but slagging off everyone - where's it get you? I saw a great attitude by the players on Friday - low on confidence maybe but most of them gave 100% I reckon....If people don't give a sh** then fair enough have a go but I think they all do!

If we was at the bottom but the players had put their heart and soul into the games then I would clap them off but a good 75% of the games that I've seen this season it looked like they couldn't give a s@#t

But it isn't just last Friday, its the whole season. A number of the players have as good as admitted attitude and application has been poor in many matches. No one is saying they deliberately go out to lose games, but they are professional players and many of their performances have been distinctly amateur with the same mistakes repeated game after game. I was considered a professional all my working life, if I'd have performed at the equivelent level to these characters on even one occasion, someone could well have lost their life or been left seriously impaired, I would have been sacked and likely locked up, yet I didn't earn anywhere near what these comedians pull in. They have two games to redeem themselves but sadly I ain't holding my breath.

Admittedly I've only been to about ten games this season (I live up in Sheffield) but most of the games I've been to I reckon they have mostly put a shift in. There's many a season where we've not done as bad but where players have put much less of a shift in. There's always players you want more from (can hardly think of a team over the years where that hasn't been the case) ....But think this lot genuinely give a sh**..

Is this squad the worst I've ever seen in terms of ability as a Notts fan? Definitely not.

Have this squad performed the worst I've ever seen as a Notts fan? Definitely yes.
