That's more debt than Munto left! Why would anyone want to take that on? I can only presume any potential buyer would have to agree a deal with Paragon's administrators Before taking us on? Is that the final bit we are waiting for now DD is completed?

This is only a guess but I'd imagine "only" the £1.4 million would be owed by the new owners as that is what Notts County owe, I can't imagine they would buying any shares of Paragon Leisure.

As previous posters said though, what a complete w*nker Hardy has been putting his whole business and the livelihoods of a lot of people at risk. Alan Hardy will be used by every accountant as to why you should not invest in a football club.

Remember Colin Slater saying that RT believed AH didn't have the funds to buy Notts when CS asked RT about his interest at the time he was selling up.Also AH said his accountant told him not to buy Notts
