Yes he can play left-back as well as CB
He injured his cheek bone and had a back injury back in late 2018, that said he’s been a good experienced player, well organised and usually came out on the winning side when he played. Don’t think he’s played for the first team since Blades signed Egan.
If Semi leaves Wright would be a decent signing, if he’s fit...⚽️

Bad news about Grant Ward if true , but not unexpected
Wonder if we are trying for a loan swap of Purrington and the winger that Charlton are trying to off-load.
Also, I may have missed this, but did Mattock sign a new contract?

Heard Mattock turned down new contract and club exercised right for a year option which i imagine Mattock wont be happy about with Millwall allegedly chasing him. Millwall also reportedly offered £3.5 million for Kieffer Moore. What does that make Smith worth ?

Think that's what we paid for him more or less. We need to invest that money in another left back sharpish.
