Clear penalty, not missing that the other defender threw a leg at him outside the box. The fouling defender had his eye on Lawrence's foot at the point of contact with his extended leg, he purposely fouled him then withdrew his leg to make out it wasn't intended. Lawrence may have stumbled if he had tried to keep his balance, but he was fouled and it's irrelevant. If he'd had rolled over 3 times crying for a stretcher then yes, he'd be cheating.
