Just googled “McInnes blames fans” and the only thing that came up on the front page relating to Aberdeen fans was this from 2014

    https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foot...ed-Celtic-boss

Is that what your talking about?

He blamed the shyte home results against pish teams, on the young players not being able to handle the agitated home support.

Nae doubt it will be some people being "precious"

There was also the crediting Hearts on their great home support (twice this season)and how thats how you support a team. Their support gets them results. Walloper.

The football is, of course, important but the day out for me is just as important.
Pretty decent post that most dandies can relate to without insults.

From what I saw last season I would have given the once michty 6/10 on performances, obviously would have liked better as any other dandy would, with this, most of our support I daresay agreed as the numbers attending reflected that........of course in any walk of life youll get some folk that get personal, thankfully Im not and just want best for my/our club.......get Mickey Mouse/whoever in the dugout co-ordinating the players and we are getting results......happy days.......anyway......again its a 6 for me......hopefully next season is better.

I’m surprised at your take on this. Normally you criticise when it’s due. So the young players can handle playing, scoring & winning at Hampden & Ibrox but struggle with the agitated home support in fixtures against St.Mirren, Livi & Hamilton. Seems likely.

McInnes is making excuses for his f*ck ups. He’s a d1ck

Its hardly worthy of discussion, let alone pishing your pants over.

The atmosphere at Pittodrie can be very dire, especially when directly compared to away day support.
Probably due to levels of alcohol and a greater concentration of fans who have taken on the refreshments

I also recall Fergie criticising fans from time to time, did you wet yourself then as well?

Fergie wasn’t losing at home to the absolute dross in the league though was he?

He’s blaming other people for his own shortcomings. He’s a w@nk

Your link doesn’t directly blame the fans.
He said the current youngsters feel more pressure at home than away.
Who knows, maybe it’s good management to get them to toughen up.
I recall McInness also praising the support when they have rallied behind the team.

Your link is a nothing statement, but you get all precious about it and use it for your agenda if you wish.
