    Naysmith gone ....

The Club have this evening parted company with Manager Gary Naysmith.

The Board would like to thank Gary for his efforts during his time at Palmerston.  Unfortunately we are in a results business and our recent results haven't been good enough.

We wish Gary all the best for the future.

    Well done the BOD.

Definitely the correct decision. Some might question the timing but he failed to get the players motivated for today's game, something which we can't risk repeating for the relegation play offs.

He looked like his time was up the way he went down the tunnel at full time

For the Directors Manager and Captain to rally the supporters and then to start Low ahead of Wilson was diabolical

Four games to save our club from being relegated - what a mess this Centenary Season has turned out to be.

Apparently the players were very upset at Naysmith's sacking. That's commendable and loyal but they might want to take a look in the mirror and remember that our club pays their wages. Utterly gutless performance today. They need to come out all guns blazing in what will be tough play off games.

Naysmith brutally honest in his last post match interview but ultimately the buck stops with him as he said himself.

Everybody around me could not understand why Wilson was not on from the start, shocking decision from Naysmith and we all love him, but Sir Stephen was not match fit.
Also we have three goalkeepers but are any of them good enough?
