    O/T. Freddie Starr

Another comedy legend leaves us aged 76.
The ‘footall match’ was one of the funniest sketches I’ve seen.
    RIP Freddie.

That football match with 'Ironside' in goal and 'Hitler' goosestepping around the pitch!!!.....funny,funny,funnny!!

He returned back to our screens about 15/20 years ago with a new series and recorded a sketch at an empty Meadow Lane if memory serves me!!

I thought he was funny. I realise he was from a different time and mindset, but his slapstick comedy was great. Can you imagine him doing his Ray Charles character on stage now? The bedwetters would bury him up to his neck in humous and stone him with muesli.
    RIP Freddie.

Brilliant he was. I remember him doing a scene at an empty football ground looking for his seat printed on his ticket. Walked up and down every row til he found it, then the old comedian Bob Todd came and sat right in front of him with this massive hat on, no one else in the ground and it was shot at Meadow Lane

Very funny but a bit spooky too.
