It's easy to vote for good lads that "gave everything". But that has never equated to points on the board. It's about time a pragmatism controlled this club and it cost nothing - discipline and a defensive unit that actually works.

OK at home - have a go for Rotherhams Muck n Nettles fans that like a team that try ( busy fools imo )

Away from home Crystal Palace accumulated 59% ( 23/39 ) of points - the highest in the division.

And this against the likes of the mighty City - taking 3 points with just 22% possession. 3 points at Arsenal with 27%

Just TWO away results like that and we would still be in the championship.

That discipline comes from the manager and is achievable.

But the world lives a good loser!

Or it shows how much out of our depth we was in the championship and to keep us in with a chance of staying up untill the last few games and not become the whipping boys.

    Compare Palace and City.

The management were out of there depth ! The team / players are good enough to be disciplined into a defensive force.

The lack of management nouse is responsible for our relegation - no one else.

The players just couldn't manage a game out to grind out a point - because of the hairy fairly management outlook about football instead of a bloody minded "You shall not pass" attitude....we were like headless chickens at times..

Oh btw - if it wasn't for the implosion of Ipswich and Bolton then we would have been shown up for what we were. Nice but no cigar....and that's following "all the lessons learned" really ?

Spoilt the boat for a half-pennyworth of tar. And everyone's happy ! Propaganda at its best.

Bringing Yates on with 5/10 minutes left after we almost got a brilliant point for Yates to show his class - had the ball taken off him - seconds later all 3 points to Leeds. 1 - Yates ain't good enough - 2 - Bringing him on when the team were battling for a point - insane!

Could you please explain your initial statements because I am genuinely confused??
If we "Compare Palace & City", as you start with, which of the managers is out of his depth Hodgson or Guardiola??
